Due Diligence and Strategy Advice
Provision of efficient, timely and considered due diligence advice to assist our clients with development feasibility, ‘highest and best use’ options, to set approval pathways and to identify the package of investigations required to support the design, approval and delivery phases.
Reporting can include summaries and analysis of site related searches, context analysis, current and draft strategic, statutory planning instruments and emerging planning legislation.
Development Assessment and Approval Processes
Provision of advice on the optimum approval and assessment pathways for all types of developments. Our team can undertake site-based investigations, produce planning and development strategies, assist in project design, brief the consultant team and review consultant material.
Our team can also prepare town planning reports, including Environmental Impact Statements and Statements of Environmental Effects.
Strategic Planning
Preparation of key strategic and planning policies, including proposals for land re-zoning, needs analyses, master planning, local environmental studies and development control plans.
Expert witnesses
Members of our team have appeared as expert witnesses for a range of planning maters in the NSW Land and Environment Court on behalf of consent authorities, applicants and as court appointed experts.
